• Luis started his career as Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Citigroup and later at Global Hedge Strategies a joint venture between Citigroup and PAAMCO, before leading a customized portfolio solutions and opportunistic Co-investment mandates at OpenArc, Sciens Capital Management, and Fairfield Heathcliff Capital.
• Currently, he serves as a senior consultant to Park Ohio Holdings Corporation and on the Board of Directors for Crawford United Corporation.

• Twenty years of alternative investment experience with a focus on evaluating and investing in hedge funds for institutional investors. Alexandra spent over a decade at PAAMCO Prisma, a hedge fund of funds, where she oversaw the firm’s quantitative equity strategies, served as the Head of Asset Allocation Research, and was a member of the firm’s Strategy Allocation Committee.
• Alexandra’s expertise is assessing the impact of hedge fund investments on strategy allocation, risk, and performance within institutional portfolios. In 2018, Chief Investment Officer magazine named her to their NextGen list of Top Allocators.
• Her experience also includes research, due diligence, and risk monitoring across multiple hedge fund strategies with an emphasis on quantitative equities, event driven and credit strategies, and emerging markets.

• Prior to joining Madison Sixty, Rani served as Senior Managing Director & Head of Investment Banking for Noble Capital Markets in Boca Raton, Florida, and New York City. He was also Country CEO for First Abu Dhabi Bank USA and spent 15-years as Managing Director & Head of Investment Banking for NBK CAPITAL – National Bank of Kuwait Group.
• Rani also served in several senior roles at Corporate Fuel Partners, Bank of New York Mellon, and other leading global investment firms. Throughout his career, Rani held several senior positions on the Board of Directors and Committees associated with his employers.
